Oh, and then, the guy "investigating" my claim hasn't yet bothered to make certain calls, and chalks it up to "my manager is out of the office this week". Bitch please. That shit is not in my vocabulary. DO YOUR FUCKING JOB. Why is it that I got a car stolen from me and I'm the one going out of my way to get a status update. After 23 days no less!

I think they have 30 days to investigate claims. They give you the bs line which is really two, first, we don't care about you, we care about our bottom line and nothing else. Second, we don't want to give up our money any sooner than necessary, see number 1 above. I assume your question on accountability is rhetorical.
