Tonight, my college is throwing their annual bash in the Loop. There's a cocktail reception at 5 at Buddy Guy's Legends and then Lupe Fiasco is playing at 8:30. Hells yeah!
At the same time Looptopia will kick off. What is Looptopia? It's an all night party with 75 events occurring from 5PM-6AM taking place all over the Loop. Should be fun...
Then tomorrow morning I'm jumping in the Altima and driving 250 miles south to attend a friend's wedding.
I'll spare everyone the details of the growing Wheel Saga.

Oh wow, Sounds awesome. I've always wanted to visit Chicago. Unfortunately, the closest I've gotten is a one hour layover at O'Hare earlier this year.

250 miles.? I bat my eyelids at 20 miles - seriously. I had to get to Cardiff for a mate's wedding in December (approx 200 miles) - I actually considered taking a flight - but I was lucky and managed to pursuade someone else to take their car and drive. Me I just put my feet up and sat at the back.

Oi Hammie. I live in a country about the size of a single US state. We live by different standards here. 250 miles is the about half of distance from South to North. It's rarely done.
